Aloesha Organic recognized by Uganda Registration Services Bureau

Uganda Registration Service Bureau (URSB) acknowledged top efforts in the exceptional work in the field of innovation and creativity to women in the industry. With the theme; “Powering Change: women in innovation and creativity” under the World Intellectual Property Day, the awards marked the celebration.

According to the Director Intellectual Property at Uganda Registration Services Bureau Mercy K. Kainobwisho, “The National Intellectual Property Office is hosting close to 300 women in National Summit on Women in Intellectual Property today. URSB recognizes the role of women in creativity and innovation, women in all sectors of life, women leaders, women influencers and innovators”.

The focal point of the celebration was on the relevancy of women in the innovation, marketability of their products, environmental impact and demand in regard to degradable material and conservation of natural inhabitants, a few top females in the relevant industries were nominated.

Under products enhancing women health, our CEO, Late Hajjati Aisha Nakasujja, was recognised as one of the top women entrepreneurs and achiever in Uganda. Her herbal company, Aloesha Organic has led the production of herbal and food supplement products, that have had a positive impact on the lives of not just women but the community at large.

The awards ceremony was held at Kampala Serena Hotel on April 30th 2018.
